If you need help reaching your back, ask a friend ā that's what they're for. Apply SPF 30 lotion liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb. Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more sunscreen frequently after swimming/sweating, or after an aggressive towel dry. Always offer to share.
