At Jack's Surfboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Ensure items are in new, unused condition with original tags attached; please note that surfboards and custom wetsuits are final sale.

Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
